I had a fantastic four-night stay over New Year at the Cologne Marriott Hotel. The location is perfect, just a ten-minute walk from the city center and right next to the train station. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and spacious, although I wish I had a room with a view. The breakfast was good overall, but the food could have been served warmer each day. However, I found the bar prices to be steep, leading me to seek dining options outside the hotel.
